Send us an email at info@bullertech.com and let us know that you want to connect with us. When we are ready, the orange link will appear.) Then run and/or install our bomgar client. (If you have google chrome or Mozilla firefox for a browser, you will need to go into your downloads folder and run our bomgar software program or if it seems like NOTHING HAPPENS when you click on the link, check your downloads folder as well). Once you are connected to us, we will ask to elevate privileges, which will require you to click on YES if you have Windows 7 or CONTINUE if you have Windows Vista. |
